Who can attend, and is there a cost?
AgriSTEM Expo is free to attend and is designed for middle and high school students. Registration is required. Specific grade eligibility, group sizes, and other attendance requirements will be shared by the organizer. Check the Teachers section for updates before booking transportation.
How do I request accessibility support?
Contact the organizer before your visit to discuss access, mobility, sensory, communication, or other accommodation needs. Accessible parking and arrival information will be added once confirmed.
How are student photos handled?
Schools should follow their own student photo permission procedures and communicate photo restrictions to the organizer before the event. Only approved images with verified permission should be published. Public captions should not identify students. Contact the organizer for photo concerns or removal requests.

What about weather, food, and bus parking?
Detailed arrival maps, parking, bus unloading, and check-in instructions will be shared directly with registered participants. Lunch is scheduled from noon to 12:45 PM, with food vendors available on-site. Weather updates will be added when confirmed.
